All classes receive regular coaching based on TBA from external coaches. About the Position We are seeking a student assistant for our TBA class at Nyboda. As a student assistant at Tyresö Adapted Primary School, you share responsibility with the teacher for student instruction. You work individually with students according to the teacher's planning. You work in a team and should collaborate with both teachers, other student assistants, and guardians. You should take an active role in the team to plan and implement activities for students during leisure time and breaks. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is trained as a student assistant. You should have experience working in an adapted primary school and be well-versed in working with students based on TBA. You have good pedagogical insight and understand the importance of meeting each student based on their individual circumstances and needs. You are flexible, take responsibility for both student development and pedagogical work, and you collaborate easily with colleagues and guardians.
