You will work to help students feel happy and secure while also supporting their progress in schoolwork. To be able to help our students with their schoolwork, you need to have excellent knowledge from secondary school. You will work in a small team consisting of a responsible teacher and a student assistant. Together you are responsible for a smaller group/class. The duties as a student assistant also include work at Ingrid School's after-school program, which starts when the school day ends. About the School Ingrid School is a small elementary and secondary school primarily adapted for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) but is open to all. The school is located in Bergshamra, Solna. The school operates using TEACCH pedagogy where each group/class has a teacher and one to two student assistants. Ingrid School is a workplace with excellent opportunities for pedagogical challenges and development with the aim of creating good learning and after-school environments for children and young people within ASD. To make this possible, staff receives continuous supervision from a psychologist/educator and training in ASD.
