About the role and your tasks Your main responsibilities as a student assistant at Hubertusgården will be to support students facing various challenges during school hours. In the afternoons, you will work at the after-school program as part of the team. The role of student assistant requires you to be very flexible, able to collaborate, and maintain composure in demanding situations. This is a permanent position at 100% employment. We're looking for you We're looking for someone with at least upper secondary education and solid experience working with students with NPF diagnoses who need support in school and after-school settings. We would also like to see training and experience in CPS. Previous experience as a student assistant is a merit, preferably across the entire age range F-6. Experience working in after-school programs is particularly valuable. As a person, you are trustworthy, independent, and have a solution-focused approach. You have a genuine interest in the students, are empathetic and receptive, and work to support their development while easily building and maintaining good relationships in the profession. You enjoy working in a team with various professionals where we share collective responsibility. Furthermore, you collaborate easily and communicate well with students, colleagues, and guardians. In Lund Municipality, digital documentation is done in Prorenata and Unikum, so we would appreciate experience using these systems.
