Description We are seeking an engaged and attentive student assistant for Färila School's upper secondary level. We are looking for a committed and confident student assistant who wants to support students in their development and learning. As a student assistant, you work closely with both students and school staff to create a safe and stimulating school environment. You help students with special needs in their schooling, support their learning and social development, build good relationships with students, and contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere both in the classroom and throughout the school. You remain calm in stressful situations and handle conflicts in a low-key manner. Work Tasks In your role, you provide support during instruction and social activities. You assist students in their daily school activities and work closely with teachers, student services, and other school staff to meet students' needs. Qualifications We would like you to have experience working with young people, preferably in school or recreational activities. Your ability to collaborate well with others and your social competence are important. You should be flexible and able to adapt to students' different needs.
