We have a good school environment and a fine local area with Bräntbergsbacken, Gammliaskogen, Nydalasjön, and Mariehemsängarna. Employment Information The position is a fixed-term contract, part-time 75%, starting as soon as possible by agreement until December 22, 2026. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will specifically support a student with diabetes management, as well as help various students with their schoolwork. As a student assistant, you provide individual support to students in their learning based on given instructions and contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment. You collaborate with teachers and other staff around the student's needs and support students in structure, focus, and participation in instruction. The role also includes being an adult support in the school's daily operations, a resource in the classroom and in the after-school program, and when needed, assisting during breaks or other activities. Work tasks are adapted according to the needs of the activity and students. About You You are a confident adult and a good role model who easily connects with students and sees each individual. You create a safe and stimulating environment at school and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals. As a person, you are flexible, clear, and organized. You enjoy working with children in need of special support and are an important part of their school day. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, are responsive, and communicate in a professional manner with students, family members, and other stakeholders around the students. You are engaged, share our values, and work toward established goals with a focus on continuous improvements. Personal suitability is very important to us.
