We are now looking for a qualified student assistant for an assignment that requires extensive experience, sensitivity and professional resilience. About the assignment You will work closely with a student who needs very clear structure and adapted interaction. The work involves being a pedagogical and social support during school days and breaks. The position is located at the intermediate level at Fagerviks School. We are looking for you who: To succeed in this role, you must have worked with similar challenges previously. You have worked as a student assistant or resource for several years and have experience with complex student cases. You have very good experience meeting students in affect. You don't back down from difficult situations, but handle them professionally without getting caught up in the emotional storm yourself. You have deep knowledge of neuropsychiatric disabilities (e.g. ADHD, Autism) and know how to adapt the environment and communication accordingly. Low-affect approaches are not just a method for you, it is your fundamental approach. You know how through body language, tone of voice and demand adjustment you can prevent situations of affect.
