We have engaged educators, good collaboration with parents/guardians, and work actively to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment for all students. Job Responsibilities As a student assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher and other staff to support one or more students in grade 4, both in teaching situations and during breaks and afterschool activities. Your task is to create a sense of security, provide pedagogical and social support, and help ensure that students have the conditions to reach their goals. Examples of job responsibilities: Support student(s) in the classroom during lessons Help with structure and routines Contribute to a calm and secure learning environment Provide support during transitions and breaks Collaborate with teachers and student welfare services. Qualifications Experience working with children in school and afterschool settings. Good collaboration skills and ability to build positive relationships. A clear, calm, and secure adult presence with children. You are attentive and flexible, with the ability to adapt to the student's needs. Merits: Education as a childcare provider, student assistant, or other relevant education. Experience working with students in need of special support.
