We are looking for someone driven by utilizing and developing each student's abilities and creating conditions for learning. You will work in a team with special education teachers, school-age care teachers, and student assistants. Together with teachers, you will participate in instruction and also work with students during school-age care before and after school. You will help create a safe and educational environment for students where learning and development are in focus, and you will identify factors that promote learning, both what needs to be prevented and what needs to be addressed for learning to occur. Instruction is of course based on the adapted primary school curriculum, school-age care curriculum, and is planned according to the student's needs. QUALIFICATIONS The work requires responsibility, good listening skills, and collaboration abilities as you work with multiple functions and roles in your assignment. Previous experience in similar positions in the adapted primary school is a merit. Employment Type: Permanent position. Duration: Start date: 2026-12-07, End date: 2026-12-07.
