Bodbysunds Environmental School is seeking a dedicated student assistant. We are looking for a student assistant at our school at 50% during the 2026-2027 school year with the possibility of extension. Would you like to make a difference in children's everyday lives? At Bodbysunds Environmental School, you will have the opportunity to work in a nature-close school environment where safety, community, and learning are in focus. Responsibilities As a student assistant, you work closely with students and teachers to create the best conditions for learning and development. You provide support to one or more students during the school day and contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities include: Supporting students in teaching and social situations. Motivating and encouraging students' development and independence. Collaborating with teachers, guardians, and other staff. Participating in recess activities and other activities during the school day. Contributing to a positive and inclusive school climate. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is secure, engaged, and has a genuine interest in working with children and young people. You have good collaboration skills while being able to work independently and take own initiatives. We would like to see that you: Have education or experience in pedagogical work, children's and leisure programs, or similar. Have experience working with children or students in need of special support. Are flexible, responsible, and solution-focused. Have a strong ability to build trusting relationships.
