Skill is now recruiting assemblers for upcoming needs at Saab Surveillance in Arboga. Your Responsibilities As an assembler at Saab Surveillance, you will perform assembly and installation of communication solutions in the Product Unit Communications department. Your tasks include soldering, cable manufacturing, and inspection in electronics production. You will actively need to read and understand drawings and documents in Swedish and English, and handle deviations as needed. The work is varied and you will be involved in creating early prototypes, repairing and improving existing products, and modifying and reviewing aftermarket products. The position is located at Saab Surveillance in Arboga with daytime working hours. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and manufacturing. In addition to your own team members, you will interact cross-functionally with development engineers and production technicians, among others. Education in electronics or engineering Experience in electrical work and assembly Good knowledge of blueprint reading It is an advantage if you have experience handling circuit boards and if you have a soldering certificate and ESD training. It is also an advantage if you have previously worked with MPS systems. The position requires that you go through and are approved according to applicable security regulations.
