About the position
As an electronics assembler, you will become part of a growing department with a strong team spirit and high competence. The group currently consists of committed colleagues with broad experience, and the department is facing an expansion phase with increased production and new equipment.
The role involves practical and meticulous work where you rotate between different stations. You work both independently and as part of a team, with clear goals and daily follow-ups. The work takes place in a modern and newly renovated environment with specially adapted tools and equipment.
Your tasks
In the role of electronics assembler, you work with fine assembly and testing of components in a structured production environment. The work is varied and involves rotating between different tasks during the day, which provides good breadth and development in the role.
You work with small, precise components where quality and accuracy are crucial. After assembly, the products are tested before moving forward in the process, making you an important part of ensuring functionality and safety.
Your tasks include:
Assemble small components, such as circuit boards and batteries, in advanced products
Perform soldering of small details, often with the help of a microscope
Test and quality assure products after assembly
Work with casting and other production processes
Follow assembly instructions and document completed work
Contribute to achieving daily production targets together with the team
The work takes place at a calm pace with a high focus on quality, where precision always comes before speed.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has an interest in practical and meticulous work and who thrives in a role where structure and quality are in focus. Previous experience from production or assembly is a merit, but we place great importance on your personal qualities and your willingness to learn.
You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. The work requires some computer skills as you handle simple systems for testing and documentation.

The position is a consultant assignment and you will be employed by us at OnePartnerGroup and then hired out to BAE Systems with the possibility of a takeover.
