ShortLink is now seeking an Electronics Engineer to join its growing team in Linköping. About the Role As an Electronics Engineer, you will be offered a varied and technically challenging role where you work on projects developing optimized and cost-effective electronic systems. You work with both analog and digital system design and participate in the entire product development chain – from requirements specification and concept to finished product and testing. The role combines analog and digital system design where work takes place in Shortlink's own facilities and prototype development and testing occur in an in-house lab environment. You work closely with both customers and colleagues in small, cross-functional teams with short decision-making paths, where your contribution has significant impact. Here, deep technical analysis is combined with creative problem-solving and innovation. Example of tasks: Design and optimization of analog and digital systems Work throughout the development process – from requirements specification to design, testing, and verification Bring-up of new prototypes, troubleshooting, and performance measurements Customer dialogue to ensure requirements and deliver customized solutions We're looking for someone with: Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent knowledge At least two years of experience in electronics design, with focus on hardware development and PCB design Practical experience working with CAD tools for PCB layout Several years of experience in electronics development Good English skills, both spoken and written A structured and solution-oriented approach and ability to work both independently and in teams Merits: Experience with Altium Designer Experience with lab work and prototype development Good Swedish skills What ShortLink Can Offer Developing Technology that Matters – Technology that makes a difference – from medical implants to the next generation of connected sensors.
