We drive development projects from the idea stage all the way to finished product, with a focus on quality and technical excellence. We are approximately 40 employees and combine high technical competence with an entrepreneurial spirit and short decision-making processes. Your Role As an Electrical Engineer with us, you get a broad and varied role in electronics development. You work closely with both software, mechanics, and production and are involved throughout the entire product development chain – from concept and prototype to industrialization and optimization. Work tasks may include: · PCB design and schematic drawing · Development of embedded systems · Low-level hardware programming · Testing and verification · Participation in customer and application projects · Technical project management · Improvement work and technical further development The role can be adapted to your experience and ambition – whether you are at the beginning of your career or have worked for several years. Who We're Looking For We are looking for you who are a civil engineer or higher technical engineer in electrotechnology, electronics, or equivalent. You have a strong technical interest and want to develop further within electronics and product development. We would like to see that you have: · Experience with PCB design · Solid knowledge of embedded systems · Ability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner with your own drive It is advantageous if you have: · Knowledge in power or analog electronics · Experience with control and automation technology · Experience in leading technical projects or sub-projects · Previous work experience in product development For us, personality, drive, and willingness to develop are at least as important as years in the profession.
