Limited Liability Company "Daugavpils Housing and Municipal Services Enterprise", which provides quality, safe and sustainable management of residential properties in Daugavpils, announces a vacancy: ELECTRICIAN, profession code: 7411 01 Main job responsibilities: install, maintain and repair electrical equipment related to residential building maintenance; eliminate electrical insulation damage and, if necessary, install new electrical installations; periodically perform technical inspections of electrical equipment related to residential building maintenance; during inspections, perform adjustments to electrical equipment and carry out necessary partial repairs; perform unforeseen repairs of internal building electrical equipment up to apartment electricity meters, as well as eliminate emergency situations resulting from disruptions in the operation of internal building electrical networks and equipment; carry out planned preventive maintenance and repair work in accordance with the approved schedule. Required qualifications and requirements for candidates: professional secondary education or first level professional higher education in electrician specialty; work experience in electrician specialty or related field; Bz electrical safety group for work on electrical installations; Category B driver's license; state language proficiency at basic level (A2); ability to independently organize and plan own work, meeting established deadlines; accuracy and diligence in performing work duties; good communication and interpersonal skills.
