We are growing and are now seeking a dedicated electrician to join our team with placement in Linköping/Norrköping. In this role, you will have independent and varied work with great responsibility and close collaboration with both colleagues and customers. You will be an important part of our operations and contribute to delivering high quality and excellent service in every assignment. Your responsibilities: You will work with operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical installations in properties. Your tasks include troubleshooting, corrective actions, preventive maintenance, as well as installation and commissioning of new technical equipment to ensure stable, safe, and efficient property operations. In this role, you work closely with our facility technicians and other specialists, where you contribute technical expertise, problem-solving, and support in complex operational and maintenance issues. Requirements: We are looking for someone who is practically inclined and has good technical understanding as well as experience in property and facility maintenance. If you have training or experience in electrical work, control and regulation technology, or building automation, that is a plus, as our assignments often involve technical systems where multiple areas of expertise work together. Experience with SBA (Systematic Fire Safety Work) and the role of facility manager is also a great plus. We would like to see that you have experience with both internal and external technical maintenance of properties and an interest in identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to efficient and well-functioning operations.
