Assignments and Competency Requirements As an electrician with us, you work with all types of troubleshooting and repairs of our electrical installations and properties. You are also responsible for carrying out inspections, checks, and follow-ups to ensure that the installations meet applicable regulatory requirements, laws, regulations, and electrical safety standards. The work involves independently planning and prioritizing daily tasks, ordering materials, and reporting regularly to your immediate supervisor. You work in a team with another electrician and an electrical safety coordinator, and in close collaboration with our other craftspeople to ensure safe, efficient, and well-functioning property operations. Together you are responsible for maintaining and developing electrical installations and ensuring they meet operational requirements, function, and comply with regulatory standards. We are looking for you who are self-driven and take own initiative. As an electrician with us, you have a customer-facing role and therefore it is important that you are service-oriented and enjoy customer contact. We believe that you are interested in new technology and like to stay updated. You are a cooperative person with a structured work approach, and you have a natural ability to create order and efficiency in your work. We are looking for you who have: High school education in electrical and energy programs, or other education that the employer deems equivalent At least six years of documented experience working as an electrician B-authorization (limited authorization) or equivalent according to current electrical safety regulations Experience with service work and customer contact Experience independently planning, prioritizing, and carrying out service assignments Good knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical installations Good computer skills and experience working with Microsoft 365, such as Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing B-driver's license To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-driven and responsible person who thrives with planning and carrying out your work both independently and together with others.
