The work tasks at the electrical instruments workshop focus on maintaining the power components of operating and production equipment, including control systems to ensure high delivery reliability, good quality, and a safe and good working environment. As an electrical and instrument technician, you perform your work both independently and in collaboration with other colleagues in the maintenance department. You also work closely with process operators on various troubleshooting tasks. Project work may occur. Your main tasks are to perform preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance on electrical and drive equipment. This may involve working with equipment such as frequency converters, electric motors, automation systems, and power supply. You will also perform any maintenance and repair work within your area of competence on each department within the mill and nearby facilities, solid fuel boiler, and power station with associated dam facilities. In collaboration with your colleagues, you strive to minimize unplanned downtime and troubleshooting to ensure that production can continue without unnecessary interruptions. Scheduled on-call duty may occur. You will be the fourteenth in a good team where everyone helps contribute to a good atmosphere and working environment. Qualifications We are looking for you who have technical training from secondary school or vocational college, with an electrical focus and/or automation. Experience in troubleshooting, circuit diagram reading, and industrial/process automation is a merit. We also see it as an advantage if you have training or experience within electrical power. To fit the role, you should have good communication skills in Swedish in both speech and writing, computer proficiency, and a requirement that you have a B-class driver's license.
