About the Role We are looking for a skilled and reliable electrician who wants to join our team and ensure that the electrical infrastructure at our precision indoor farm operates safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the electrical systems that power our automated growing environment. We prefer that you are a certified electrician, or have at least 3 years of practical experience working as an electrician. Responsibilities Required: • Install, assemble, and commission electrical components, electrical panels, and equipment • Conduct inspections, tests, and safety checks of electrical systems • Identify, diagnose, and repair electrical faults • Ensure that all electrical work complies with applicable safety regulations and standards • Maintain and monitor overall electrical safety on the facility and equipment • Keep detailed documentation of maintenance and operational activities in shift reports • Respond to alarms according to a rotating on-call schedule • Collaborate with automation and farm technicians to ensure uninterrupted operations Desirable: • Experience designing and installing industrial electrical panels and cabling for sensors and conveyor systems • Experience reading and modifying electrical schematics in CAD software • Knowledge of low-voltage automation systems, sensors, and PLCs • Interest in sustainable agriculture or tech-driven cultivation Qualifications • Certified electrician preferred, or alternatively at least 3 years of documented practical experience as an electrician • Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations • Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and using diagnostic tools • Technically minded, reliable, and experienced working both independently and as part of a team • Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented, even under pressure • Comfortable with English (company language); Swedish is a plus Why Work With Us? • Be part of a goal-driven team at the forefront of agtech • A hands-on role with clear responsibility for critical infrastructure Apply now with your CV and a brief cover letter describing your background and why you are interested in indoor saffron cultivation.
