Electrical Lead

Coordinate all electrical construction activities with the Employer and relevant stakeholders. Coordinate electrical interfaces with Works Contractors and adjacent Facilities to ensure safe and efficient execution of the works. Lead and manage the electrical construction activities to achieve the project objectives up to Mechanical Completion. Ensure that the quality control procedures recommended by the Project QA/QC Manager are implemented and adhered to within the electrical scope of work. Ensure that the Health, Safety and Social procedures recommended by the Project HSE Manager are implemented and adhered to within the electrical scope of work. Ensure that the Environmental procedures recommended by the Project HSE Manager are implemented and adhered to within the electrical scope of work. Review electrical construction schedules, progress, productivity, and costs, and develop corrective action plans where required. Coordinate electrical construction activities with other disciplines to ensure timely completion and readiness for Mechanical Completion. Monitor and manage electrical subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and safety requirements. Ensure that all electrical works are completed, inspected, tested, documented, and handed over in accordance with project requirements and Mechanical Completion procedures. Support the preparation, compilation, and handover of all electrical construction records, quality dossiers, as-built documentation, and Mechanical Completion documentation to the Commissioning Team. Support the resolution of construction issues, technical queries, and interface matters affecting the electrical scope through Mechanical Completion and formal handover of the works.
