Electrical Project Manager

Our client is part of a larger construction and installation group where the electrical department is a specialized area. They are now seeking a lead technician/project manager for an operation with stable and long-term assignments in contracting, service, and maintenance. You will become part of a cohesive team where you have the opportunity to influence project execution from start to finish while working closely with technicians, customers, and the rest of the project organization. This is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Futuria People but you will be employed directly by the client. About the Role As a lead technician/project manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving projects forward. You serve as an important link between technicians, customers, and the project organization, and ensure that work is carried out with the right quality, within schedules, and in accordance with applicable requirements. Currently, the client has a long-term contract for a major hospital project where the need for competent leaders is significant. Your responsibilities will include: • Planning and coordination of projects and resources • Supervision of technicians and subcontractors • Ongoing monitoring of quality, work environment, and progress • Customer contact and participation in construction and project meetings • Management of documentation, work orders, and reporting • Support in technical matters and ensuring work is performed according to applicable regulations and requirements We Are Looking for You If You • Have several years of experience as an electrician and preferably experience as a lead technician, supervisor, or project manager • Have good technical understanding in installation, service, troubleshooting, and contracting • Are experienced in planning and coordinating work in a project environment • Have natural leadership skills and enjoy creating structure and engagement in the team • Are responsible, solution-oriented, and communicative • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) Additional Information Start: By agreement Scope: Full-time Location: Sundsvall Questions can be answered by recruitment consultant Sofie Andersson: [email protected] Does this fit you or do you know someone who would be better suited for the job?
