About the Position
As an Electrical & Energy Coordinator at Karlskogahem, you will have a central role in ensuring the operation, development, and future-proofing of the company's electrical installations. You are also responsible for the company's energy monitoring and energy statistics, as well as driving energy efficiency improvement efforts. The role includes analysis of energy consumption, preparation of decision-making materials, monitoring of energy targets, and coordination of measures to optimize the energy performance of properties.
You will also serve as an important support function to the property management organization. You plan and execute maintenance and development projects within the electrical field and participate in major renovation and investment projects.

Examples of Work Tasks:
• Oversee, operate, and maintain the company's electrical installations
• Plan and monitor budgets for maintenance, supervisory measures, and electricity consumption
• Handle and coordinate measures during operational disruptions and unforeseen events
• Be a contact person for electrical and energy matters in new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects
• Project manage budgeted electrical measures
• Work with energy monitoring, measurement, and operational optimization
• Coordinate work with charging infrastructure, solar panel systems, and other energy-related installations
• Serve as a sounding board to the service department on matters concerning electrical systems, lighting, and building automation
• Ensure that electrical installations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements
• Cooperate with contractors, consultants, and authorities within your area of responsibility
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with relevant education in electrical engineering, electrical power, building technology, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience working with electrical installations, property management, and energy efficiency improvements.
We would appreciate if you have knowledge in project management.

Requirements
• B-class driver's license
• Very good knowledge of the Office package
• Very good data skills and ability to work efficiently in digital business systems
• Good ability to analyze and present information in digital tools

You will be part of our property management department, which is responsible for the maintenance and operation of our properties. We are also responsible for new construction, renovations, and the facilities in our portfolio. You will have the opportunity to contribute to sustainable, safe, and energy-efficient property solutions.
The team currently consists of eight engaged employees with very good knowledge in their respective areas of expertise. We work in a straightforward manner and help each other succeed with our tasks. Your personal qualities are therefore important for this position.
This is a permanent full-time position, and we normally apply a six-month probationary period. Work is conducted during daytime hours with the possibility of flexible working hours.
