Baltinavas apvienības pārvalde announces a vacancy for the Briežuciema pagasta service center – Building and Territory Maintenance Supervisor (profession code – 5153 02)
Indefinite term, 0.85 full-time equivalent
Requirements for candidates:
- General secondary education or professional secondary education;
- Desired experience of at least one year;
- Driver's license category "B";
- Good knowledge of the state language.
Main job duties:
- Organize and ensure economic activities at Briežuciema service center;
- Organize and manage various economic works related to daily operations according to the needs of the union administration and other relevant institutions;
- Supervise and maintain municipal buildings, structures, and related territories in the Briežuciema service center area;
- Organize and participate in firewood preparation work;
- Responsible for electricity supply in Briežuciema service center buildings and address emergency damages; if unable to resolve independently, report to responsible services;
- Supervise water supply and sewage systems and treatment facilities, perform maintenance and organize necessary repairs;
- Supervise municipal residential properties and, where necessary, provide assistance to tenants within your competence in building maintenance;
- Promptly organize unforeseen work and emergency repairs in engineering infrastructure and electricity supply;
- During heating season, supervise boiler room operations;
- Conduct road and street inspections;
- Cooperate with cemetery supervisors on cemetery territory maintenance.
