WE ARE HIRING A BUILDING AND GROUNDS SUPERINTENDENT Limited Liability Company "PREIĻU SAIMNIEKS", registration No. 47703001720 is hiring a BUILDING AND GROUNDS SUPERINTENDENT (occupation code 5153 02) REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Secondary education or secondary vocational education; Understanding of real estate management and property maintenance issues; Ability to make independent decisions and work both independently and as part of a team; Desired experience in organizing and coordinating employee work; Strong communication skills, responsibility, analytical and organizational abilities, initiative; Good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel for work schedules and report preparation, email, etc.); Category B driver's license. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of managed buildings and their associated land parcels; Plan and organize cleaning and improvement of common areas and adjacent territories of multi-apartment residential buildings; Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily employee work schedules, work hours, and task completion; Plan and monitor the supply of sanitary cleaning materials and equipment, and manage orders for materials and inventory; Prepare and submit monthly and periodic reports, as well as records of completed work; Monitor the execution of services for disposal of household waste, branches, leaves, and bulk waste; Maintain communication with clients and business partners.
