Talsu Municipality Registration Number 90009113532 The Ģibuļu Association Administration invites a Building and Grounds Manager for Valdgales Parish territory (position code according to occupational classification – 5153 02) Main Job Responsibilities: Organize and perform technical maintenance of municipal buildings. Monitor the operation of engineering systems and equipment, and address damage. Organize and supervise territory maintenance, including lawn and grass mowing, snow removal, and landscaping work. Supervise waste management and territory lighting. Perform basic maintenance work on roads, sidewalks, and landscape elements. Prepare necessary documentation and reports using Skybrake and Lietvaris systems. Collaborate with colleagues, service providers, and residents. Requirements for Candidates: Experience in building management, territory maintenance, or technical maintenance work. Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to respond promptly to situations and prioritize tasks. Sense of responsibility, independence, and ability to solve practical problems. Good communication and collaboration skills. Boiler operator certification will be considered an advantage. Category B driving license.
