We are offering a position: BUILDING AND MANAGED TERRITORY SUPERVISOR IN JELGAVAS MUNICIPALITY Job Responsibilities: Ensure supervision, inspection, and compliance of managed territories with residential building management principles. Perform quality control of maintenance and territory care work. Ensure communication with residents and clients of managed residential buildings, review and resolve complaints regarding territory cleanliness and maintenance quality. Organize building territory cleaning work, ensuring control of subordinate employees' work performance and time tracking. Prepare reports, statements, and other documentation related to job responsibilities. Perform other duties related to building management issues. Category B driver's license. Good collaboration and organizational skills. Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
