Building and Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

No. 50003342481) invites you to join our team Infrastructure Maintenance Department Economic Support and Services Division Tvaika Street 2, Riga BUILDING AND GROUNDS TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR (profession code: 5153 02) (permanent position, full-time) Your main responsibilities: Oversee and manage the operation of NPVC buildings, grounds, and equipment. Monitor the functioning of mechanisms and equipment, organize their maintenance, and participate in repair processes. Perform, organize, and control the execution of repair work and other maintenance-related tasks. Regularly inspect NPVC buildings and grounds to assess their technical condition. As needed, participate in loading, moving work, and other maintenance tasks. Inform your direct supervisor of identified deficiencies, damage, and necessary repairs or improvements. We are looking for a colleague who has: Secondary professional or incomplete higher education. Skills working with various tools and/or equipment. Preferred experience in building and grounds maintenance. Ability to prioritize and organize work, ensuring timely task completion within established deadlines. Ability to quickly resolve issues, make decisions, and take responsibility. Dynamic and flexible approach to work, ability to quickly switch between tasks and adapt to changes. Physical fitness and readiness for active and practical work. Teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills. Knowledge of the State language in accordance with the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia. We offer: Stable and regular salary of 1700.00 EUR (gross).
