announces a job vacancy – Building and Grounds Manager
(Vidrižu Parish Service Center)
(full-time, gross monthly salary – 998 EUR)
Main job duties:
Maintain parish roads, streets, and squares (road planning, repairs, installation and renewal of road signs, culvert maintenance and repairs, brush clearance in road corridors, road and street sweeping during summer, snow removal from roads and streets in winter);
Maintain documentation and records for road inspections and maintenance;
Responsible for street, square, and other public area lighting in the parish territory;
Establishment and maintenance of green spaces, as well as upkeep of parish territory, including requirements for individual and multi-apartment building owners;
Perform various repair work as directed (cosmetic repairs to rooms, minor repairs to water supply and sewage systems and other minor repair work in municipal properties managed by the parish).
Requirements for candidates:
General secondary or vocational secondary education;
Work experience in equivalent duties will be considered an advantage;
Knowledge of the structure, operating principles, and usage regulations of technical equipment used in work;
Category B driver's license;
Good computer skills (email, MS Word, Excel);
Accuracy in work performance, positive work attitude;
Good communication and cooperation skills, high sense of responsibility;
State language proficiency at the level established by regulatory acts.
