The limited liability company "Daugavpils Residential and Municipal Services Enterprise" (Registration No. 41503002485), which manages multi-apartment residential buildings in Daugavpils, announces a vacancy: Building Systems ENGINEER, profession code: 2149 51, work location: Liepājas Street 21, Daugavpils Required qualifications and requirements for candidates: - appropriate higher education in engineering and technical fields; - practical work experience in building management and maintenance of engineering networks (heating supply, water supply and sewerage); - good knowledge of the construction sector regulatory requirements currently in force in the Republic of Latvia (building codes, Latvian national standards, laws and other regulatory acts); - skills in working with BIS (Building Information System) and AutoCAD programs will be considered an advantage; - state language proficiency as required by regulatory acts. Job responsibilities: - understand construction technologies, construction management principles and building materials technologies; - plan, organize and supervise the construction process, including reviewing project documentation, ensuring construction work compliance with the building project, building codes and standards requirements, specified deadlines and contract terms; - prepare and control the development and circulation of construction start and execution documentation; - collect, analyze and prepare source materials necessary for design; - review submissions from apartment owners of residential buildings and prepare responses to them; - prepare and formalize technical and work assignments; - work with clients; - participate in general meetings; - monitor water differences in residential buildings using a remote meter reading system; - read meter values in residential buildings using a remote meter reading system; - review procurement documentation; - update information on engineering network construction work, including maintain and supplement data in MS Excel tables. Personal qualities: - ability to plan and organize your work while meeting deadlines; - ability to articulate and substantiate your opinion argumentatively; - accuracy and high sense of responsibility in performing work duties; - good communication and cooperation skills. We offer: - monthly salary 1500.00 EUR (gross); - employment contract for full-time position; - employment contract for a fixed-term; - social guarantees; - health insurance policy.
