Latvijas Nacionālais mākslas muzejs (LNMM) is the largest professional art collection in the country, playing a significant role in the accumulation, preservation, and promotion of cultural values in Latvia and abroad. It regularly organizes art exhibitions, educational activities, and cultural events.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
monitor exhibits, control tickets, and coordinate museum visitors;
answer visitor questions about museum hours, current exhibitions, information on ticket counters, cloakrooms, restrooms, and other facility locations;
perform cloakroom duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
strong communication skills, friendly and responsive attitude;
precision, reliability, and high sense of responsibility;
good physical fitness;
interest in art and culture;
excellent knowledge of Latvian language; knowledge of English or other foreign languages at conversational level is desirable for communication with international visitors.
