State Defense Military Objects and Procurements Center (registration number 90009225180) announces a competition for a permanent employee position Management Department Roads Management Division Expert The purpose of the Roads Management Division is to ensure the maintenance and improvement of public roads in the military polygon "Sēlija" and other roads under the ownership and use of the Ministry of Defense in accordance with military needs and regulatory requirements. General job responsibilities: ensure the management of road infrastructure owned and used by the Ministry of Defense; organize and supervise road maintenance in the military polygon "Sēlija"; organize and supervise road system maintenance work in accordance with regulatory requirements; provide suggestions for solving complex road-related issues; participate in procurement commissions and prepare technical specifications and conduct market research for procurements within the division's competence; prepare responses to letters and submissions from other institutions and residents, provide consultation to legal and natural persons within the division's competence; develop draft internal normative acts, update internal normative acts and prepare proposals for necessary amendments in the field of road management. Please note that the position competition will take place in two rounds. During the first round, the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and assess candidates' compliance with requirements. For the second round of selection – interviews – the competition commission will invite only candidates who have passed the first round.
