WE WILL ENTRUST YOU WITH: Preparing documents in the field of territorial planning and construction, including matters related to the development and implementation of detailed and local plans; Organizing, preparing, supervising, and participating in the development of draft binding regulations and other decisions of the Ķekavas novads Council on territorial planning and construction processes; Preparing draft decisions of the Council, committees, and commissions within the scope of office competencies; Examining, analyzing, and coordinating prepared decision drafts in the field of territorial development and construction; Providing interpretative and application consultations on legal norms; Preparing responses and draft administrative acts to submissions from natural and legal persons on matters within the competence of the Development and Construction Management Department. WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Second-level higher education in legal sciences; Understanding of territorial planning regulations and, preferably, practical application experience, including conflict resolution scenarios; Professional work experience in a state or municipal institution will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of regulations in the field within office competence; Skills to analyze, argue, and apply appropriate legal norms; Skills to develop documents in accordance with applicable regulations; Excellent skills in working with information and communication technologies; Good presentation and communication skills; Ability to work in a team while independently planning work execution within set deadlines and quality standards.
