We expect: higher education, preferably in the field of real property management; work experience in state or local government in the real property field for at least three years; good knowledge and skills in public procurement; familiarity with normative acts in force in the Republic of Latvia in the real property and/or public procurement fields and the ability to apply requirements specified in normative acts in practice; analytical thinking, focus on achieving results, ability to independently organize, plan your work and work in a team; excellent communication skills; ability to use MS Office programs, including strong MS Excel user skills, and office equipment; eID card for performing job duties. Main job responsibilities: Compile records of buildings that should be included in or excluded from the list "Buildings in unsatisfactory, poor, pre-emergency and emergency technical condition and no longer suitable for further operation"; Coordinate preparation of the decentralized construction schedule. Compile repair needs and provide recommendations for their implementation; In cooperation with other Center employees, evaluate whether submitted work can be implemented within the Decentralized Construction Works Schedule (DBG) - determine the scope, priority and provisional funding required for the work. When necessary, inspect facilities and request technical specifications from work submitters; Prepare responses to received letters and other documents regarding real property management and maintenance; Provide opinions on drafts of normative acts prepared by ministries and other institutions in the maintenance field; Compile repair and construction work submitted in accordance with the procedure specified in Ministry regulations No. 20-NOT of September 18, 2017 "Procedure for organizing construction". We inform you that the position competition will proceed in two rounds - during the first round, the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and candidates' compliance with requirements. For the second round of selection – an interview - the competition commission will invite only candidates who have passed the first round selection.
