WE WILL ENTRUST YOU WITH: Preparing documents in the field of territorial planning and construction, including matters related to the development and implementation of detailed plans and local plans; Organizing, preparing, supervising, and participating in the development of draft binding regulations and other decisions of Ķekavas novads Municipal Council on territorial planning and construction processes; Preparing draft decisions of the council, committees, and commissions within the scope of the position's competencies; Reviewing, analyzing, and coordinating prepared decision drafts in the field of territorial development and construction; Providing consultations on the interpretation and application of legal norms; Preparing responses and draft administrative acts to submissions from individuals and legal entities on matters within the competence of the Development and Construction Department. WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Second-level higher education in law; Understanding of territorial planning regulatory acts and, preferably, practical experience in their application, including in conflict resolution cases; Professional work experience in state or municipal institutions will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of regulatory acts in the field within the position's competence; Skills to analyze, argue, and apply appropriate legal norms; Skills to develop documents in accordance with applicable regulatory acts; Excellent skills in working with information and communication technologies; Good presentation and communication skills; Skills to work in a team, while independently planning the execution of your work within the specified deadline and quality.
