General job duties: ensure management of roadway infrastructure owned and used by the Ministry of Defense; organize and supervise roadway maintenance at the military training ground "Sēlija"; organize and supervise roadway system maintenance work in accordance with regulatory requirements; provide suggestions for resolving complex roadway issues; participate in procurement commissions and prepare technical specifications and conduct market research for procurements within the division's areas of competence; prepare responses to letters and applications from other institutions and residents, provide consultations to legal and natural persons within the division's areas of competence; develop draft internal regulatory acts, update internal regulatory acts, and prepare proposals for necessary amendments in the field of roadway management. Please note that the position competition will take place in two rounds - during the first round, the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and candidates' compliance with requirements. For the second round of selection – interview – the competition commission will invite only candidates who have passed the first round of selection.
