Accountant/Accounting Specialist at Flora Assistans Flora Assistans operates throughout Sweden and provides personal assistance services for children, youth, and adults with various disabilities. About the Position As an accountant at Flora Assistans, you will have a central role in the organization with significant responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact. You will work closely with management and be responsible for both day-to-day accounting work and more specialized tasks such as financial statements, financial monitoring, and reporting. The work is varied and includes: Ongoing accounting and bookkeeping Annual financial statements Accounting according to K3 regulations Budget and forecast work Invoicing and monitoring of customer and user budgets Reconciliations and financial analyses Tax returns Payroll administration and personnel-related administration Contact with authorities, municipalities, and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency Development and optimization of financial processes We work with systems such as Fortnox, Crona Lön, and FAST time tracking. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in economics or accounting and several years of experience in advanced accounting work. To succeed in this role, we would like to see that you: Have experience with independent financial statement preparation Have strong knowledge of K3 regulations Have experience with accounting, budgeting, and financial monitoring Are accustomed to working with government agencies Have very good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written Have good computer skills and quickly learn new software Experience in personal assistance services, LSS activities, or other care and welfare work is a plus. As a person, you are organized, analytical, and thorough. You work independently but also collaborate well with others. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where quality and service are the focus.
