About the Role
As Chief Financial Officer, you will have overall responsibility for the company's finances and financial management. You work closely with operations, the CEO, and other members of the management team to ensure strong profitability, efficient processes, and well-founded business decisions. You lead the finance function with direct responsibility for one employee and are responsible for creating a modern, efficient, and business-oriented finance function. In addition to finance, you also have overall responsibility for the company's HR matters and provide support to the organization's managers on personnel-related issues, employment law, and workplace environment. This role suits you if you thrive with switching between strategic matters and operational work in daily operations.
Your Key Areas of Responsibility
Overall responsibility for accounting, financial statements, and annual reports
Budgeting, forecasts, and financial planning
Liquidity planning and cash flow analysis
Financial reporting to the CEO, board, and owner
Analysis of business results and profitability
Develop and streamline financial processes, procedures, and internal controls
Overall responsibility for the company's HR processes and personnel-related matters concerning employment law, workplace environment, etc.
Responsibility for salary reviews, policies, and HR administrative processes
Collaboration with auditors, banks, and external partners
Who Are You?

Academic degree in finance or equivalent
Several years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Finance Manager, Accounting Manager—or you work in auditing or as a senior accounting consultant and want to take the next step
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and analytical work
Experience with HR matters and personnel-related processes is a merit
Previous experience with personnel responsibility is a merit
Previous experience from an owner-led company is a major advantage, as you understand the entrepreneurial perspective and the importance of quick decisions, business acumen, and close collaboration with owners and management
Good system skills and excellent knowledge of Excel
Experience with Oracle Netsuite is a merit
Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
Experience from e-commerce, digital services, or other fast-changing operations is a merit.
