Artex manufactures and renovates interior components in soft materials, primarily for the transport sector, defense industry, and furniture industry. They have their headquarters and production facility in Mjölby and are part of a larger group with operations in several Nordic countries and Latvia.
Main Responsibilities
As Finance Manager at Artex AB, you will lead, develop, and ensure quality in the company's finance function. You hold responsibility for accounting and ensure that financial information is accurate. You also have personnel responsibility for an accounting economist and report to the Group CFO.
Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Annual reports
Develop internal procedures, processes, and systems
Project monitoring
Reporting
Management team
Support management in business decisions and financial control
Participate in budget and forecast processes
Effectively drive collaboration between finance, operations, and group functions
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for you with an academic degree in economics and several years of professional experience in qualified finance work. You have strong knowledge in accounting, reporting, and follow-up, and we see it as a plus if you also have experience in group reporting and working in an international environment. Leadership experience is meritorious but not required. You have strong Excel skills and knowledge of financial systems and communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
As a person, you are analytical, structured, and quality-conscious. You inspire confidence and are a steady leader with good communication skills. You have a strategic perspective where you see the bigger picture but are simultaneously thorough with an eye for detail. Furthermore, you are unpretentious and have good collaboration skills and thrive in a changing environment where you get to make an impact.
