About the role
As Finance Manager with us, you have overall responsibility for the finance function and a central role in the company's development. You lead a team of five people and are responsible for ensuring quality, structure, and efficiency throughout the entire finance process.
In the role, you work both strategically and operatively, with broad responsibilities where you:
Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
Take responsibility for group accounting, financial statements, and annual reports
Ensure that accounting is conducted according to applicable regulations (K3)
Drive budget and forecast processes and financial monitoring
Take responsibility for liquidity monitoring and financial analyses
Develop and streamline procedures, processes, and working methods
Ensure that finance becomes active support for operations
You work closely with both management and operations and are an important partner in financial and strategic matters.
Your profile
We are looking for you as a confident and committed leader with the ability to create structure, development, and collaboration. You thrive in a role where you can combine a holistic perspective with operational responsibility and have a desire to contribute to both people and operations.
We want you to have:
Relevant education in finance or equivalent experience
Several years of experience in qualified finance work
Experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility
Experience in group accounting and K3
Experience from the real estate industry
Very good Swedish and good English, both spoken and written
It is a merit if you have worked in an ISO-certified organization.
As a person, you are structured, analytical, and responsible. You are communicative and relationship-building, with the ability to build trust while creating clarity in working methods and expectations.
