About the Company We are currently seeking Financial Assistants proactively to meet future needs of our customers in Stockholm. Our customer base spans several different industries and includes everything from smaller companies to larger organizations. We offer both permanent placements and consulting assignments – full-time or part-time – depending on what suits you and our customers' needs. Your Responsibilities Your upcoming tasks may include: Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Ongoing Bookkeeping Reconciliations Incoming and Outgoing Payments Support with Financial Close Your Profile We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience working as a Financial Assistant. You may have worked with accounts receivable or payable, ongoing bookkeeping, and been involved in reconciliations ahead of monthly financial closes. We seek someone who is organized, thorough, and takes responsibility – with a genuine interest in finance and service. In this role, you will be an important part of the accounting department and contribute to ensuring work flows smoothly and efficiently. Therefore, we value your ability to work with humility and proactively, with high quality and a service-oriented approach. The ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English as well as an interest in systems are additional success factors.
