The Finance Department, along with the HR, IT, and digitalization office and communications department, is located at the municipal administration office under the municipal board. The Finance Department consists of 14 people who together are responsible for the municipality's financial management, budget and reporting processes, accounting, financial matters, procurement, e-commerce, and decision support. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking a finance assistant with primary responsibility for accounts receivable and invoicing, but where we also see a clear interest and drive for developing our work methods and financial systems. In this role, you combine meticulous and service-oriented administrative work with the opportunity to contribute to improvements, efficiencies, and development. The role includes, among other things: - Accounts receivable and invoicing - Handling of incoming and outgoing payments, reminders, and collection - Support to the organization on invoicing and accounts receivable matters - Quality assurance of registers and processes - Participation in developing and improving processes - Participation in developing and managing our financial system - Collaboration with colleagues in the finance department to ensure efficient and uniform work methods - Supporting managers and controllers in their work Together with other colleagues in the finance department, you ensure that our managers and elected officials have the best conditions to lead and manage operations. We work with the systems Unit4 (Agresso), Stratsys, and Hypergene. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with relevant education in finance or equivalent work experience. Experience with similar work is desirable. You have good system skills and an interest in how IT support can be used to simplify and improve work. Experience with Agresso/Unit4 ERP is a merit. Since you will have many contacts in your work, it is important that you are positive, responsive, and have a pronounced service orientation. You find it easy to collaborate and build trustful relationships. You have an understanding of how technology and business development are combined for good results. Being meticulous is a given. Employment type: Fixed-term position. Temporary position for 12 months starting in November by agreement. We report salaries for the 10th and 90th percentile: 33,000-40,000 kr/month.
