About the Role
As an accounting assistant, you will become an important part of the company's accounting function and work closely with both customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The role is broad and varied, which gives you excellent opportunities to develop and build a strong foundation in accounting and bookkeeping. You will work with, among other things:
Accounts receivable and payable
Invoicing and ongoing bookkeeping
Reconciliations, payments in and out, as well as administrative tasks related to the accounting function
Continuous improvement and development work
You will be part of a small and engaged team where you have the opportunity to grow with the role over time. For the right person, there are good opportunities to gradually take on greater responsibility and develop further within accounting.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone at the start of their career who has a degree in accounting from, for example, a university or equivalent institution. Perhaps you are currently working as an accounting assistant, bookkeeping assistant, or in another administrative role with accounting connections and want to take the next step. To succeed in this role, we see that you:
Have shorter work experience and understand the basics of accounting and bookkeeping
Are thorough, structured, and responsible
Are analytical and have an easy time understanding relationships
Are service-oriented and enjoy multiple points of contact
Are curious, unpretentious, and want to develop
Have good communication skills and enjoy dialogue with customers and suppliers
Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
