Finance Assistant to Stokab – Part-time/As needed

About the Position Perido is now seeking a finance assistant for our client Stokab, a company owned by the City of Stockholm that specializes in leasing fiber optic connections to telecom operators, companies, government agencies, and organizations. Your Responsibilities As a finance assistant at Stokab, you will assist with both accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will work alongside a colleague for the first two weeks and then manage the tasks independently. Accounts Payable Responsibilities: Registration and posting of incoming invoices Managing purchase invoices Accounts Receivable Responsibilities: Handling customer-related inquiries in the CRM email function Qualifications: Previous experience in finance Ability to communicate fluently in speech and writing Merits: Higher education student in finance Good knowledge of Agresso Scope and Start Date Temporary, part-time as needed.
