Responsibilities As a Finance Assistant at DB Cargo Full Load Solutions, you'll have a varied role with broad responsibilities within finance and administration. You'll be part of the finance department, which consists of three people, and work closely with colleagues both locally and internationally. In this role, you're responsible for parts of the ongoing finance work, including accounts receivable and payable, bookkeeping, and accounting. You support the accounting manager with monthly closing and ensure that accounting rules, procedures, and internal processes are followed. You also work with our Transport Management System (TMS) and master data management. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, making you an important part of the business's daily finance work. Responsibilities include: • Management of accounts receivable and payable • Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting • Tax and VAT reporting • Support with monthly and annual closing • Results tracking and financial reporting • Contact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Work in our Transport Management System (TMS) • Master data management • Other administrative tasks related to the finance department Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Requirements • Completed upper secondary education • Experience from a similar role in finance where you've worked with accounting and bookkeeping • Very good Excel skills • Good system knowledge and experience working in business or finance systems • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meriting • Post-secondary education in finance • Experience with SAP For you to thrive in this role, we see that you're someone who enjoys working in a structured and thorough manner.
