Does this sound like you? We'd love to hear from you! About the Position Perido is looking for an accounting assistant for our client, a government agency focused on health and nutrition matters. The position is located in Uppsala. Your Responsibilities Accounts Receivable: Manage ongoing accounts receivable Record Maintenance & Upkeep: Review, extract, and compile information about older records from the customer database Customer Contact: Call and send emails to verify information regarding older customers Responsibilities that may be included: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Work with ongoing accounting, general ledger entries, and account coding Accounting Systems: Work in systems such as Unit4 ERP, Raindance, Visma, and similar Invoice Handling & Reconciliations: Review invoices, prepare documentation for data processing, reconcile account balances, and respond to inquiries about payments in and out Accounts & Financial Closing: Manage accounts payable and receivable, and participate in year-end closing procedures Your Qualities You are a positive and responsible person who enjoys close collaboration with the accounting team. In your work, you are meticulous and well-organized with great attention to detail. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education At least one (1) year of work experience as an accounting assistant Strong skills in MS Office or equivalent, especially Excel Knowledge of accounting systems (for example, Unit4 ERP, Raindance, Visma, etc.) Able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Available for this assignment starting 2026-10-01 and initially able to work on the assignment until 2026-12-31 Desirable: Very strong Excel skills Experience handling large datasets Scope and Start Date Full-time consulting assignment until 2026-12-31, with the possibility of a three (3) month extension.
