Finance Assistant for a Growing Business We are a growing dental prosthetics laboratory that manufactures dental dentures and are now seeking a finance assistant who wants to be part of our team. As our business expands, we are gaining more customers and customer contacts. Therefore, we need to strengthen our team with a thorough and service-oriented person who can support us in finance, customer service, and administration. Responsibilities Your tasks will include: Processing and recording supplier invoices Creating and monitoring customer invoices Occasional contact with customers and suppliers via phone and email Handling and tracking orders and deliveries Recording and archiving documents Other administrative work and general office tasks Qualifications We are looking for someone with excellent English skills, both spoken and written, and good computer skills. You are thorough, organized, and responsible with a professional and service-oriented approach. You can work independently, take initiative, and drive your tasks forward. Swedish is not required for this position. Advantages It is an advantage if you speak Albanian, as several of our customers are Albanian speakers and Albanian is also spoken within the work group. It is also beneficial if you have education, background, or previous work experience in finance as well as experience with invoice handling, customer service, administration, or delivery management.
