Responsibilities
In this role, you will be an important part of both daily and strategic work where you will have broad and varied responsibilities in finance and administration. You report directly to the CEO and serve as their right hand on financial matters. Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Ongoing bookkeeping and monthly financial statements
Taxes, tax returns and VAT
Control and cost monitoring
Payroll, time reporting and travel expenses
Management of supplier invoices
Support with quotes and invoicing
Currencies and inventory balance monitoring
Other administration
Your Profile
We believe you have experience with the above tasks for a couple of years. Perhaps you have worked with accounting or as an accountant in a smaller company.
We would like to see that you:
Have financial education, at least at secondary school level
Are an experienced user of business systems (experience with Monitor is a merit)
Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
Have a B-class driver's license
As a person, you are thorough, reliable and work efficiently. You thrive with responsibility, like numbers and appreciate working close to operations in a family business where decision-making processes are short.
