As Finance Manager, you will become a central part of the federation's continued development, and you will have the opportunity to establish and develop the finance function as this is a new position within the federation.

DUTIES
As Finance Manager, you are responsible for the federation's financial processes and serve on the management team. You work closely with the federation director and are responsible for:
• budget, forecasts, and financial monitoring
• interim reports and annual financial statements
• financial analyses and decision-making documentation
• customer and supplier invoices as well as ongoing accounting
• employer contributions, VAT, and financial procedures
• monitoring of investments, leasing, and financing
• loans, amortization, and cash flow planning
• internal controls according to established plan
The role does not include personnel management responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
• academic degree in economics or finance
• experience with qualified finance work
• strong knowledge of budgeting, financial statements, forecasts, and analysis
• experience with investments and project monitoring
• understanding of politically governed operations
Desirable:
• experience with procurement
• experience in developing financial procedures
• experience from rescue services or other public sector operations
