About the Role As Finance Manager, you will have broad responsibility for the company's finances and become a central figure in ongoing financial operations. You work operationally with accounting and are responsible for the entire flow from ongoing bookkeeping to financial statements and reporting. The role suits you if you want significant personal responsibility and are motivated to drive the finance function with both a holistic perspective and a business focus. You have an operationally close role with broad contacts and drive both ongoing financial work and the development of work methods, routines, and processes. We are looking for a confident and competent finance professional who wants to take broader responsibility for the finance function. You may have worked as a Finance Manager or Accounting Economist, and you enjoy being involved in business decisions and being a sounding board for the CEO. Location: Stockholm Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for company accounting Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting Accounts receivable and payable Account reconciliations and accounting quality assurance VAT and tax management Monthly and annual financial statements Preparation of annual reports and tax returns Ongoing financial reporting and follow-up Contact with auditors, authorities, and other external parties Cash flow monitoring and payment flows Budget and forecast work Develop and streamline financial processes and routines Provide operationally close financial support to the organization Other finance-related and ad hoc tasks Qualifications Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent relevant experience Solid experience with qualified accounting work and good understanding of the entire accounting process, from ongoing accounting to financial statements and reporting Good understanding of financial flows and ability to independently manage different parts of accounting Good system skills and ability to quickly learn new systems Good Excel skills Very good Swedish in speech and writing, and good English Experience with overall responsibility for finances in a small or medium-sized company is a merit About You You are a self-driven and responsible finance professional who thrives with clear ownership of your area and who drives work forward with structure and business acumen. You have good communication skills and feel confident in dialogue with both colleagues and other parts of the organization. With solid accounting expertise and an analytical and structured approach, you have the ability to switch between details and a holistic perspective.
