About the Role As accounting manager, you are responsible for the ongoing finance function and ensure correct processes for bookkeeping, reporting, financial statements, budgeting, and liquidity. You also play a central role in personnel administration and regulatory reporting. The role is operational ("hands-on") but with significant scope to improve work methods, follow-up, and structure. Responsibilities Finance Ongoing bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and accruals Customer invoicing and management of accounts receivable / payment reminders Vendor invoices and accounts payable, payment procedures VAT, taxes, and employer declarations Monthly financial statements, annual financial statements, and documentation for auditors / accounting firms Budgeting, forecasting, follow-up, analysis, and key metrics Liquidity planning and cash flow monitoring Develop internal routines, approval workflows, and internal controls System responsibility / optimization of accounting systems and reporting Personnel & HR Administration Payroll administration / payroll documentation and work in payroll systems Support in personnel matters, regulations / routines, and administration related to personnel Employment contracts and related documentation Contact and reporting related to Collectum / Fora and handling in cases of illness / injury with relevant authorities Contact with trade unions as needed (e.g. IF Metall) Authorities & Reporting Monthly reporting and periodic compilation Handling of refunds (e.g. excise tax / industrial electricity where applicable) Internal & External Contact Be a clear point of contact internally and externally (phone / email) Support on pricing and calculation-related questions as needed We're Looking for You Have experience with broad accounting work (ongoing bookkeeping → financial statements, reporting, VAT / tax) Are structured, thorough, and enjoy creating order and improving routines Are self-directed and comfortable prioritizing in a day with many contact points Communicate clearly in Swedish (and preferably some English) Enjoy supporting managers and operations with numbers, follow-up, and documentation Merits Experience with payroll administration and personnel reporting Experience from manufacturing operations / industry or project-driven environments Experience working closely with management and driving improvements in processes and systems We Offer A key role with significant trust and comprehensive responsibility Opportunity to influence work methods, follow-up, and structure Location: Malmö • Scope: full-time • Start: by agreementAccounting Manager at Rosengren & Nilsson Group – full responsibility for finance & personnel administration Do you want to take on comprehensive responsibility and be the person who ensures that numbers, routines, and reporting are in place – while also being an important internal partner to management and operations?
