Finance Manager

We are now looking for the right person to become our new Finance Manager. Are you a driven economist with a feel for both the big picture and details, and who enjoys working independently in close collaboration with operations, in a broad and important role with overall responsibility for finance and administration? Then this is the position for you. The role involves both operational and strategic work and suits someone who wants to develop within qualified financial work. Your responsibilities will include: Ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration Supplier and customer accounts receivable and VAT reporting Invoicing, payment handling, and liquidity planning Payroll administration including taxes and social contributions Account analysis and reconciliations Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Budgeting including monitoring and forecasting Financial reporting to the parent company Inventory reconciliation, inventory counts, and cost allocation Development and optimization of financial processes Contact with auditors, banks, and external partners Ensure good quality in accounting and internal controls as well as compliance with financial guidelines and regulations Support to the CEO and management in financial and business matters About You We believe you are a careful, engaged, analytical, and business-oriented person who wants to contribute in the best way possible.
